My name is Stewart Wentworth and I am a short hair specialist with 10 years of experience in the industry. I opened Black Cat in 2020 to bring an elevated approach to the men’s hair scene in Gig Harbor with a focus on community, connection, art and music. I specialize in fades, tapers, textured lived in cuts, classic shapes, modern styles.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & No-Show Policy Life happens—I get it! I do my best to be understanding, but last-minute cancellations and no-shows have a big impact on my schedule and business. • Rescheduling & Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give as much notice as possible. A minimum of 12 hours’ notice is required to avoid a fee. • Illness: If you’re sick, please stay home. Your cancellation fee will be credited toward your next appointment as long as you notify me in advance. • No-Shows: I will not be calling to check if you’re on your way. If you’re running late, please call the shop. I allow a 10-minute grace period for full haircut appointments. After that, your appointment may be forfeited and charged as a no-show. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost. • Repeat Offenders: If late cancellations or no-shows become a pattern, you will be blocked from booking future appointments.
